On 12/13/2019, The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Jessie Ray Norris, 50 years of age, of 131 Gum Neck Road in Belhaven and Lori Ann Craft, 48 years of age of 279 Hideaway Road in Belhaven. They were charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
