Jim Crow is ancient history. There is no such thing in reality as inherited racial guilt except among deadhead wokesters. Many of my ancestors are from the Rheinland Palatinate, where ancient Romans made many local people slaves when it was part of the Roman Empire. If I thought like a moron like you, I would probably be banging on government doors in modern Rome demanding they "make it up" to descendants. Instead, on my trips to Rome, I have marvelled at the magnificent anciet Roman ruins.

Your hands are not clean on Jim Crow because you are a Democrat. At the turn of the 20th century, the Democrats used white supremacy as their campaign platform, and in the 1899 and 1901 sessions of the General Assembly, the Democrats passed Jim Crow as a political weapon to break up the Alliance of the Republicans and the Populists which had briefly gained political control. Jim Crow was all about Democrat power politics, and, yes, you Democrats SHOULD be ashamed of it. Every single Democrat in the General Assembly voted to pass Jim Crow, while every Republican and Populist voted against it. As a Republicam, my hands, unlike yours, are clean on this issue.

Biden has admitted to some of his influence peddling as in his speech to the Council on Foreign Relations when he bragged about getting the prosecutor who was going after Hunter and the company he worked for fired by threatening to withhold US government funds. That speech is on video.

And with all this "Caligua" nonsense, maybe Bobbie ought to see a mental health professional. Also the only sex weirdos and women haters were in Biden's administration.

The reality is that the self-serving education establishment protects its own, and they don't give a tinker's damn about the citizens and taxpayers. DPI, the teachers unions, and the self-serving local superintendants all scratch each others' backs and ignore whatever pesky laws get in their way.

The only way to fix the problem is with a lawsuit, but that is expensive. The only practical way to do that is to find a government accountablity NGO that will fund it.
Then you can throw a monkey wrench into the gears of the education establishment. I wish that were done more often because this bunch is as corrupt as the day is long.

The other way is to get an honest local school board that will not let itself be controlled by its superintendant, but too often, the tail wags the dog in that relationship.

Well, Little Bobbie, if you would read the background in the Minnesota case, election officials admitted discarding the ballots "by mistake", 20 in one precinct and 1 in another, from early voting. This seat will decide which party controls the Minnesota House. The ballots had already gone to the landfill and could not be recovered. The only fair way to settle this is with a new election.

When Democrats lose an election, what tends to happen is that more ballots, mostly going a certain direction appear as if by magic from places like the trunks of Democrat officials cars. I remember a US Senate seat in either Minnesota or Wisconsin shifting parties that way some years ago. Or then there was LBJ's first senate primary where a pro-LBJ precinct was held out until everything else had been tallied, and then magically put LBJ over the top, with the poll books magically showing that the last 300 or so voters had all "voted" in exact alphabetical order.

RINO Sen. Phil Berger is himself part of the problem with our screwed up election system in North Carolina. It is absurd for him to complain. The House passed election reform bills that would have cleared up a lot of this mess, but it was RINO Berger as senate leader who refused to bring them up for a vote in the senate. Shame on Phil Berger.

On the Minnesora seat, from what I read, that seat will determine which party has a majority in the state house of representatives, and the ballots that were thrown away have already gone into the landfill and are not recoverable. That should call for a new election.

I think Will is exagerating who could be chared for some of the woke nonsense, but there are some charges that parents can bring by going in front of a magistrate. Persons of the opposite sex going into the wrong locker room or restroom. The NC criminal misdemeanor statutes against indecent exposure and peeping tom come to mind.

But the important issue here is not criminal charges, it is getting the woke out of our schools.

The key figure on the school board will be David Hudson. He defeated one of Cheeseman's bench warmers in the primary, and had good things to say about ending wokeness and giving parents a voice for a change. What I hear though is that Cheeseman and his surrogates are trying to get to him and get Hudson under their wing. From what I hear in his community, Hudson is too smart and has too much backbone to let that happen.

DEI includes discrimination based on race and other factors in hiring, admissions, promotions, and other things. By definition, DEI is a form of racism.

Obama deported 3 million illegal aliens. Now Biden has let in 12 million who should not be in our country. Trump has a lot more work to do than Obama did to send these interlopers home where they belong.

FOrtunately, we have lots of laws on the books that can be used that have just been ignored by the Biden regime. One of those laws makes it a felony to harbor illegal aliens. If woke Democrat officials try to hinder immigraion enforcement, those laws need to be enforced by arresting them. The federal criminal charge is a felony.

Israel and some European countries have had success in offering illegal aliens money to go home willingly. That is cheaper than paying them welfare and cheaper than the process to round them up for deportation. Only a certain percentage will go that way, but it helps cut down the numbers who need to be rounded up.

Federal law also prohibits paying welfare to illegal aliens or indeed legal immigrants, except in limited emergency situations. President Trump needs to issue an executive order compelling states to ppove the citizenship of their welfare recipients in order to get reimbursement for the federal share.

Oh, it definitely WOULD have saved Laken Riley's life if illegal alien murderer Jose Ibarra had been deported when he should have been under our immigration law, because he would have been in Venezuela on the day she was killed instead of hiding on that jogging path in Georgia waiting for a victim. New York City sanctuary city policy was an accessory before the fact to her murder because they released Ibarra instead of holding him for deportation, and they should be liable for a big payout to her family for wrongful death as a result.
