    Satirist and author P.J. O’Rourke (1947-2022) discusses corruption in U.S. agriculture policy during a Nov. 16, 2007, speech for the John Locke Foundation in Charlotte, N.C. O’Rourke died Tuesday from complications of lung cancer.
