Texas, conservative media sue Biden State Dept. over media censorship | Eastern North Carolina Now

The State of Texas is standing up for American democracy against machinations by the Biden regime attacking freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Texas has filed a federal lawsuit against a censorship scheme being financed by Biden's State Department against conservative American media.  Two conservative media outlets have joined as plaintiffs.

The Biden State Department has taken funds for the Global Engagement Center to use to fund domestic leftwing censorship organizations like Newsguard, which are set up to counter conservative media.  Federal legislation states that "none of the funds authorized shall be used for any purpose other than countering foreign propaganda."   Instead they are abusing the funds to try to suppress domestic media which are getting out a message that the Biden regime wants suppressed.

The lawsuit describes the scheme as "one of the most audacious, manipulative, secretive, and gravest abuses of power and infringments on First Amendment rights by the federal govenrment in American history".  Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and five other State Department officials are named as defendants.
