Statistics provided by the Washington, DC police union show that crime is down since President Trump federalized DC law enforcement.  The police union compared crime stats from the last week of DC control of law enforcement to the first week of federalized control.  Overall, crime was down 8% and violent crime was down 22%.  Robberies were down 46% and carjackings 83%.

Meanwhile National Guard troops are on the way to DC from two more states to assist in DC crime control.
