SCOTUS hearing key Title IX womens rights case against biological men in womens sports | Eastern NC Now

Involves state laws in WV and ID against allowing biological men in womens sprots

ENCNow

The US Supreme Court is holding a hearing on two related cases that will give a definative ruling on whether biological men can participate in women's sports.  The cases involve state laws from West Virginia and Idaho that prohibit biological men from participating in women's sports.  It is a key women's rights case under Title IX of the Civil Rights Act.

Biological men have an unfair advantage in women's sports because the male body is inherently built stronger physically than the female body.  Allowing men who claim to think they are women to compete in women's sports gives them an unfair advantage that is really nothing short of cheating, not much different than an athlete using steroids or other drugs to unfairly enhance athletic performance. It makes actual women second class participants in their own sports.

This case is likely to also have an impact on biological men being allowed in womens restrooms and locker room since the left uses distortions of Title IX to push that as well.
