Commented on Florida AG to defy crooked Obama judge and keep enforcing FL law against illegal aliensI would love to see these anti-American dirtbags Obama and Biden appointed as judges arrested for harboring illegal aliens or even treason, but maybe there are some easier ways to get rid our legal system of those like this Florida Obama judge. It would seem to me that abusing office as a judge for political purposes would be an ethics violation. Why can't the state of Florida just revoke her law licenses. Then she could no longer be judges and would have to resign.
Judges like this one are rapidly destroying the trust and credibility of our court system.

Commented on Judicial coup - Biden judge tries to reinstate Catch and Relase of illegals by court orderIn the second half of Biden's term, an evenly divided Senate meant evenly divided committees, including Judiciary. ALL of Biden's radical judge nominees during that period COULD have been stopped in committee. The Republican senator who usually broke ranks to let them through, even known and proven radicals was Lindsay Graham of South Carolina. Graham is up for election next year and SHOULD get a strong opponent who can bounce him in a primary.

Commented on Judicial coup - Biden judge tries to reinstate Catch and Relase of illegals by court orderThe real threat to the Rule of Law these days is from the pompous arrogant political hack Obama and Biden judges who are involved in a power grab against those who were elected to make and carry out policy. The Supreme Court should protect the Rule of Law and the reputation of the court system by smacking them down very hard. If they fail to do so, then Congress should. If nobody else has, then it will be up to the president to try to restore our Constitutional order. Biden and Obama judges function like the Deep State because they are part of the Deep State.

THe money to these illegal alien freeloaders from NGOs also needs to be cut off. Trump is already terminating their federal grants, which is an important step, but the NGOs need to be prosecuted for harboring illegal aliens if they provide them money or places to stay or anything else from any type of funds. Catholic Charities has already announced that they are bugging out of this business, but there are others.

Obama deported 313,000 illegal aliens without the courts demanding all this "due process" Most of those were in his first term. Why are radical judges trying to impose a different standard on Trump? The answer is purely for politics. This political abuse of our courts by corrupt hyper-partisan Democrat judges needs to be brought to a screeching halt or our democracy is over. If we need to start arresting judges, then we need to start arresting judges.

When I hear this crap about "due process" for illegal aliens who should not even be in our country, it makes me angry. If someone broke into your house, should you have to spend months in a civil lawsuit, with them still in your house, to get them out? No, HELL NO. Kick the scoundrels OUT, ASAP.

One wonders how much of this is going on in Beaufort County schools. We had the "Gender Unicorn" passed out to students at one of our schools. We also had a boy in Chocowinity who was allowed to change at school into girls clothing and then before going home to change back. The staff kept his crossdressing secret from his parents. Cheeseman took no meaningful action against the Gender Unicorn incident and likely condoned what was done in Chocowinity if he knew about it.

Due process? The Biden regime made a mockery of that with "catch and release" where they gave illegal aliens court dates years in the future, knowing that most of them would disappear into the interior instead of showing up. This made a mockery of our judicial system and we need to take strong corrective steps. After we round up the criminals, which the Democrats are resisting, we need to move on to the other illegal aliens and get them on the way home. If it takes martial law to get around these crooked Obama and Biden judges, then we need martial law to do it and kick out the illegals.

What I am hearing is that one or more on the central office staff have been threatening school board members that if they do not support Cheeseman on closing Snowden, schools in their districts will have popular teachers removed. If that is happening, then the paid staff is blackmailing the school board. Anyone doing that should be fired for cause and school board members need to go public with it.

When Biden took over, Tren de Aragua was not present in the US, but when he left they were in all 50 states. Biden's border policies let thugs covered in gang tattoos for Tren de Aragua, MS13, and others just cross the border for "catch and release". Biden's regime did this deliberately, and now the crooked anti-American Obama and Biden Democrat hack judges are trying to keep them here. Anyone giving aid and comfort to illegal alien gangsters needs to be prosecuted and that includes the corrupt judges doing so.

The UK's National Health Service also understands biology when in comes to gender. They shut down so-called "gender affirming care" for minors instructing medical providers that most gender confused children grow out of their confusion and conform to their biological gender, and that medical providers should not recommend surgery, drugs, or even new names or pronouns.

"Little Napoleon" Cheeseman is a power bully, but the only reason he has so much power is that we have so many weak people on the School Board. Two members are little more than seat warmers. Two are all talk and no "do". A fifth one is somewhere in between. Those five comprise the majority that lets Cheeseman do whatever he wants. It is Cheeseman's bullying that is the threat to Snowden.

This power grab by a rogue UN agency must be stopped. UN agencies have no power to tax anyone for anything. The US must immediately withdraw from this specific agency, and we should withhold a significant part of our UN dues from them, say 50%, until this stops.

Commented on Closing the S. W. Snowden School, Another DisgraceIn campaigning in front of groups, Daniel Hudson did claim to be against the "woke" curriculum and against seating the superintendent up with the policy makers, the elected school board, at meetings. Wade, as she stinks on most everything else. Now this stupid witch is pro criminal illegal alien. Freedom of Speech was far more important than Roe, as is stopped illegal immigration.

My wife and I got a bunch of those postcards trying to paint Judge Griffin as a liberal. We knew better and did not fall for them. However, the fact that Griffin underperformed the statewide GOP ticket shows that too many of our voters DID.
I looked up this radical group that Riggs helped run, and wonder why this was not brought up in Griffin's campaign. She is the sort of extreme left wing radical that we do not need as a judge.

Austin Garrison is a protege and tool of Jody Forrest, the vehemently anti-conservative former vice chairman of Beaufort County GOP. First Forrest tried to run him for the position she was retiring from in the county party. That failed. Now she is trying to run him for the school board because she hates its conservative members whom she tries to badmouth every chance she gets.
Austin Garrison would be just another flunky of Cheeseman. Beaufort County schools have too many of those already.

These judges did nothing to stop Biden's rampant abuse of our immigration laws to let Tren de Aragua into our country through his open border or to stop MS13 from bringing in lots of new gangsters, often as "unaccompanied minors" across that lawless open border. Now they want to stop President Trump from using a law duly passed by Congress, used by four presidents in the 20th century, and approved by the US Supreme Court in 1948 to kick them out. That is just unacceptable.

Commented on Beaufort County Republican Convention - EarthquakeWeren't Kelly Cox and Frankie Waters forced to resign from the Executive Committee for openly suporting the Democrat candidate for sheriff in the 2022 general election? Party disloyalty has been dealt with to a point, but one wonders why they have been allowed back in the fold after that?
If I were in your shoes where nominally Republican commissioners form a governing coalition on the county commission with liberal Democrats instead of with fellow Republicans, I would be concerned, too. In fact, all Republican voters should be concerned about that. The election for the current leadership of the commission has already happened, but I hope that the county party will put pressure on all of those who ran as Republicans to actually function as Republicans the next time commissioner officers are elected. Republican voters expect that. Just like he supported the Democrat sheriff candidate in 2022, Frankie Waters has been supporting the Democrats on the county commission. Republican voters expect better.

Commented on The Judicial Insurrection is worse than you thinkTHese "judges" are far left Democrat political hacks wearing black robes. They have declared war on our democracy and they must be defeated.
We should remember that Biden repeatedly ignored SCOTUS rulings on student loan foregiveness. Lincoln not only ignored court rulings he did not like, but actually issued an order for the arrest of one judge he suspected was about to issue a ruling he would not like. If push comes to shove, Trump needs to stand up for democracy by following Lincoln's path. These partisan Democrat hack judges are playing with fire.
