I much prefer the way the Austrians handled illegal aliens who claimed asylum based on a claim to be homosexual and thus persecuted at home in Muslim countries. The Austrians figured most of them were lying about it, so they would invite two Muslim men who claimed to be homosexual in at the same time and instruct them to kiss each other. When they reacted with disgust, their asylum applications were denied. Regrettably, the EU put a stop to this excellent method of weeding out fraudsters.

Legal immigrants, those who apply properly and comply with immigration laws, have to show that they can either sustain themselves or have a sponsor who can, and they are barred from almost all taxpayer paid welfare programs for 5 years after arrival (certain emergency programs like after hurricanes are availible, but not much else). Why are lawbreakers who lie and make false "asylum" cliams given ANTYTING from the taxpayer? This is an outrage that they are being put up in hotels or given ANYTHING from taxpayers.

The liars you need to fight are the illegal aliens, who abuse the asylum treaties with fake asylum claims to game the system. Most never turn up to try to prove those claims in immigration court because they know they are bogus. Of those who do go to court, most are found to be bugus and turned down. It is just a scam for most of them to get their foot in the door. Asylum treaties need to be severaly tightened up to put a stop to this abuse.

We also need to do what Hungary does and use a provision already there in asylum treaties. No country is required to take an "asylum seeker" if they are already in a safe country. All countries bordering both Hungary and the US are deemed safe countries, and we can turn them back at the border. Hungary has been doing that for years. They give them an immediate pro forma hearing in front of a magistrate, and immediately eject them back across the border. We should be doing the same, not putting them up in fancy hotels. They are fraudsters with their fake asylum claims.

Germany is being overrun, and the welfare costs of the illegal aliens are staggering. These foreign interlopers are getting bigger checks that German pensioners who have worked all of their lives. The far left Green Party, which is part of the national coalition wants to let anybody and everybody into the country. The one hope is that the Free Democrats, a party that has had good sense in the past on immigration issues with break the coalition and force a new election.

New York is being absurd putting illegal aliens up in 3 and 4 star hotels. If anything, they ought to be put in tents, like Austria does. The UK is also stupidly putting them up in nice hotels. This is just a magnet encouraging more illegal aliens to come. Taxpayers should be paying absolutely ZERO for these lawbreakers. Iceland just passed a law doing just that, and it is an idea that all western countries should adopt. Denmark cut their welfare and publicized that, which is a step in the right direction. Lawbreaking should NEVER be rewarded. Best of all, round them up and ship them home.

There are establishment Republicans, also known as RINOs, who can be as bad as Democrats on immigration issues. The only racism involved in this issue is that some think race makes them entitled to break our immigration laws. It doesn't. The immigration laws are for everyone, and those who break them should not be able to profit from it. If we have any extra immigration slots, they should go to those who apply properly from their home country but find no slots available, NOT those who blatantly break our laws and sneak nto out country. There are also temporary worker slots that some would qualify for. Coddling the scoflaw illegal aliens is an insult to the aspiring immigrants who do it the right way.

Migrant push back policies are in force in a number of eastern European countries. Latvia and Poland have actively been doing that since Belarus started assisting the migrant invasion. There are some videos of Polish border guards blasting illegal aliens back across the border with water cannon in the middle of January, for example. Latvia's Interior Minister gave broad authority to their troops and border guards, authorizing "any level of force necessary" to stop them. Hungary gives an immediate pro forma hearing before a magistrate at the border before ordering them immediately expelled. Hungary and Greece have used deadly force to stop migrants trying to jump the border. The Hungarian border guards firing over their heads which was enough to make them turn tail and run but the Greek border guards killed and wounded some of the illegal aliens trying to storm the border.

The US badly needs strong measures like those used in eastern Europe to stop illegal aliens from entering the US.

Migrants lie about anything that would put them in a more advantageous category. NGOs that push illegal immigration even tell them what to say. Age is one aspect but not the only one. They should be polygraphed on their information to weed out the liars.

The DACA illegal aliens are another group that is almost certainly full of liars. All an illegal alien has to do is claim they were brought into the USS as children, even as teenagers who were old enough to know better, but they don't have to provide any actual proof. This is a recipe for lying.

In Europe, many illegal aliens found they could qualify as refugees by claiming to be homosexaul due to the harsh treatment of homosexuals in Muslim countries. Austrian immigration authorities put that claim to the test by inviting two Muslims making that claim to an interview, asking them to kiss each other, and judging the response. That lead to many rejections of claims until the EU came down on them for doing it.

DACA illegal aliens are a scam. All they have to do is CLAIM they were brought into the US as children, even as teenagers old enought to know they were breaking the law, and not have to give a shred of evidence of any of it. There is no basis in federal law for this designation, only an Executive Order that Obama admitted he did not have legal authority to issue.

The illegal aliens are also getting Medicaid and other welfare they should not because local officials look the other way. This should be audited and those giving this money to illegal aliens should be indicted and jailed. Continually renewed "emergency Medicaid" is one scam they use.

Unrelatedd to illegal immigration, another evil in this NC Obamacare Medicaid expansion is that it will provide money for genital mutilation of children and drugging of children for "gender transition" because NC Medicaid rules do not restrict its use for those purposes as many states do. Those rules are controlled by the Cooper administration and they will keep them that way.

Those who gave us this Medicaid monstrosity like that scumbag Jim Perry will never get my vote.

I was about to give up on the NC legislature with all the liberal stuff they have been focused on starting with the Medicaid giveaway expansion, but this is a solid piece of legislation to put a stop to wayward Democrat sheriffs pandering to criminal illegal aliens.

Now we need a crackdown on any type of public assistance / welfare given to illegal aliens. Perhaps requiring counties to reimburse any such payments at fice or ten times the amount paid out would do the trick.

Bragg needs to be investigated by Congress due to his use of federal funds for this political abuse of power. He also needs to have all of his federal funds cut off, and federal law needs to specify that it is illegal to use federal funds to investigate political opponents of a DA's political party. This is an outrage to taxpayers.
