Here is what I would like to see implemented to counter the Democrats' abuse of our courts to target political enemies.
Conservative states need to pass election interference laws making election interferance a serious felony with a long prison sentence, and have it apply to unjustified attempts to prosecture any announced candidate for an office that will be on the ballot in the state passing the law for any alleged crime of a political nature. Allow every local prosecutor in the states passing these laws to indict such rogue prosecutors, and have a long arm statute where they could be arrested anywhere in the country. Then indict and prosecute Jackboot Smith, Fani Willis and other rogue prosecutors who go after political leaders like Donald Trump. Make those rogue prosecutors face trial themselves before conservative juries in somewhere like rural Texas, Florida, or Alabama. Both sides should be able to play this game.

Commented on Great ResetThe Great Reset is globalist totalitarianism. Klaus Schwab's "Great Reset" book is a totalitarin manifresto for the 21st century, just as Karl Marx's "Communist Manifesto" was for the 19th, and Adolf Hitler's "Meine Kampf" was for the 20th. Klaus and his followers have to be defeated if freedom is to survive. He is as dangerous as Marx and Hitler.

All of the experts in Constitutional Law say the Trump charges are political BS, but he has the problem of three of the prosecutions being in places that juries are going to be very partisan Democrat in politically colored cases, and he is facing extremely partisan judges in all as well. The only one of the four where he has a fair judge and the prospect of a fair jury is the Florida prosecution.
As to Biden, America has never seen such a corrupt operation in national office as he ran as VP using family members such as Hunter as bag men. It puts Tammany Hall to shame.

Commented on Crooked Pelosi House J6 Committee destroyed recordsThe self-styled MSM, which ought to be known as the partisan Democrat propaganda media, is blatantly flogging everything they can against Trump, but trying to sweep the Biden scandal under the rug, along with all related wrongdoing by Democrats. No wonder polls show increasing majorities of Americans who regard the MSM as politically biased and do not trust it. Pravda and Radio Moscow of the Stalin era seem to be their role models.

Hooray for Governor deSantis. These "fifth column" Soros prosecutors who coddle criminals all need to go. They are making the crime problem worse.
Florida law sets out the criteria the governor must use to remove a prosecutor who is betraying his or her office. In other states, this may be up to the Attorney General or the legislature, but in Florida it is the governor, and he is doing his job. The other Soros prosecutor who deSantis fired took the issue to court and deSantis won. He used his powers properly then, and looking at all the malpractice of this prosecutor if she tries the same tactic, she is almost certain to lose, too. The Democrats are the ones driving the poll numbers in the GOP presidential primary. Every time they pile on anotherStalin Show Trial politically motivated indictment, Trump's numbers go up. They are deliberately driving the GOP base to Trump, and that may cost them because a lot of other Americans are also figuring out the Democrat game with these political hard ball indictments.

Mitch McConnell did so much to help Obama, and now Biden, that he is the Benedict Arnold of the Senate GOP. It is good to see Kentucky Republicans figuring out what an absolutely despicable traitor "China Mitch" McConnell realy is. And Phil Berger (should it be ThunBerger?) is just as bad at the state level.

Phil-ith Berger is as much a swamp RINO in the state Senate as Mitch McConnell is in the US Senate, and Jim Perry is our local Mitt Romney. Since Berger wants to let men or women use whichever bathroom they want, one wonders which one Berger himself uses and whether he might be prone to wear a dress at times. FLIP THE BERGER.

Tillis is a disgrace on so many fronts - gun rights, immigration, taxes and spending, homosexual marriage, boys in the girls bathrooms, you name it. He simply has to go. I would leave the ballot blank if the choice is Tillis and an admitted Democrat. I had so hoped that Dan Bishop would be running against him in 2026 but Bishop has been conned into running for NC Attorney General instead. Now we simply have to find another candidate. This is totally unacceptable.

Trying to jail your political opponents is what is done in a dictatorship, whether it is a banana republic or a full blown totalitarian dictatorship, and that is exactly what the progressive Democrats are trying to do. If Trump wasn't running, they would undoubtedly have a series of criminal charges trumped up against deSantis.
It is telling that the current democratically elected president of El Salvador, who is highly popular at home, called out what the Democrats were doing as a banana republic move right from the first whiff of it in the Mar-a-Lago raid, and has repeated that interpretation several times since. El Salvador used to be known as a banana republic, so this is a guy who knows that territory.

Freedom of speech is a conrnershone of democracy, and it is under attack by the globalists all over the world, in and out of government. When they attack freedom of speech, they are attacking democracy itself. It is great to see Twitter fighting back and I hope they are going to be using the RICO acts against this despiecable racketeering. Those who attack freedom of speech should be subject to more than just civil lawsuits. They should be jailed for a long, long time, and that includes those in government who are attacking free speech.

RINOs are doing us more damage than Democrats. Timmy Moore ahd Phil-ith Berger are Nancy Pelosi without the skirt and with an "R" by their name. We in the east also do not need to forget that RINO Senator Jim Perry was very involved on screwing us on this one, too. Perry is notorious for trading his votes to the "woke" special interests in rturn for campaign money, just like Moore and Berger do. Perry just got caught taking big money from big gambling interests to put casinos in our state. On the wind and solar scam, Perry took big money from very "woke" Duke Energy and from the wind and solar grifters. Perry, Moore, and Berger are all in a race to see who can be "the best politician that money can buy". They just don't care if they send our electric rates to the moon while they are doing it.

In North Carolina, it is mostly the RINOs we have to blame for foisting this "green energy" boondoggle on us, not so much the Democrats. It will cost electric ratepayers out the wazoo in higher rates and make our electric supply unreliable. One of the big players pushing this rape of the electric consumer was this district's own state senator, RINO Jim Perry of Kinston. He needs to GO in the next primary. But the two biggest dogs in imposing this far left nonsense on us were House Speaker Timmy "Groupsex Biscuitville" Moore and Senate President Pro Tem Phil Berger (or should that be "Thunberger"). They screwed consumers to brown nose "woke" energy monopoly Duke Energy. The whole sordid story can be read here: www.beaufortcountynow.com

This reading list tells us how NEA wants to indocrination school children. They expose what they are. The NEA president also showed what they were in that speech where she used the style of Hitler at Nurremburg and the content of Stalin. This organization is very radical far left.
The real question is how many of members of the radical NEA are lurking in our own local school administration, and among the teachers placed on key committees? Is that why we find woke crap in the curriculums they recommend? NEA members need to be identified so that they can be watched closely on anything they might have influence on. Is the superintendant a member of NEA? The NCAE is its own can of worms. The organization itself is also run by the radical left, but for years, many otherwise sensible teachers would join just to be able to get certain insurance they offered. IT will be harder to tell the true believers from those who just went through the motions of joining to get that insurance. It would still be worthwhile to track who are members of NCAE, however.

Commented on Haymaker: Moore will not run for Speaker againGood riddance to a contemptable piece of rubbish in our legislative leadership. But this turd Timmy Moore may still try to run for Congress. He must be stopped there if he does. Our whole legislative leadership - House and Senate - are RINOs who are little more than water boys for the woke special interests. The special interests often want the same things as the Democrats, so Moore, Berger, and the rest of the leadership end up carrying water for the Democrats and the left. We have awful leftwing legislation to show for it from expanded gambling to the Obamacare Medicaic expansion to the Green New Deal to men in womens restrooms to allowing our by-far largest medical insurance company to massively and corruptly raid their reserves.
We need more Keith Kidwells and Norm Sandersons and a lot fewer Tim Moores, Phil Bergers, Jim Perrys, Jason Saines, and John Bells.

Deatroying the corrupt and dictatorial deep state will save America, not destroy it. The corrupt and politically weaponized DOJ and FBI seem to have the old East German secret police, the Stasi, as their role model, if not the KGB and Gestapo. Both need to be totally shut down and then rebuild on non-partisan lines. The UN has also come out with a new globalist totalitarian agenda and we need to get out of the UN mousetrap as soon as possible.
When the left wing parties cheated in the last regular Berlin election, should the parties of the right just have shrugged and said "hey we lost an election"??? No. They took it to court, got a new and honest election, and beat the left in that honest election. When the pro-western parties were cheated some years ago by a pro-Russian president in their parliamentary election, should they have just said "hey, we lost an election"? No, they took it to the streets in the Orange Revolution and to the courts in a lawsuit. They got a new and honest election which they won. The sad thing is that American courts are ultra gun shy in crafting remedies for dishonest elections, or even holding real hearings on them.

British newspapers may tell the full story on stinky Speaker Moore, but the Raleigh media is NOT. They are trying to prop him up. Since WRAL and the News and Observer are both far to the left, one would on the surface not expect that. However, these partisan leftists are thinking longer term. They are salivating at the political damage that Timmy can do to the GOP if he is still in power during the 2024 election. It is why the left and the Democrats (but I repeat myself) really do not want him to go, but any thinking Republican SHOULD. Add to that all the issues where Timmy has delivered Republican majorities for leftwing policy objectives, most recently with the Obamacare Medicaid expansion. dailyhaymaker.com
