The demand by Democrats and the Obama judges in their pocket for "due process" for illegals is a stalling tactic to try to keep them here. The Biden regime did not go through the due process required by law for them to come in, so they should not have it on the way out, either. Due process is usually raised in a Habeas Corpus proceeding, and President Lincoln created a precedent that a president may suspend Habeas Corpus, as he did during the War Between the States. When Lincoln got word that the Supreme Court was considering ruling against him on that, he issued an order for the arrest of the Chief Justice. The Chief Justice got the message and sent word he was not going to challenge Lincoln's action, so Lincoln recalled the order of arrest before it was served. Trump should follow LIncoln's precedent and suspend Habeas Corpus for illegal aliens.

Normally employers do not allow employees to wear politically oriented clothing or paraphenalia, especially if they serve the public. Harris-Teeter seems to have allowed this pro-terrorist clothing that was highly offensive to their Jewish customers. Did they also sic the police on this woman? If so, they should be sued to.

Canadians should have remembered the disaster of Mark Carney as Governor of the Bank of Canada, their central bank. His failed policies gave Canada one of the highest inflation rates in the developed world at the time. He also sold off all of Canada's gold reserves on the cheap and replaced them with US and EU treasury bonds, an awful exchange for for Canada's economy.
As a big time globalist, Carney also is an enemy of free speech and a supporter of mass migration. Real bad news for Canada. Bashing Trump let him hide his own awful record.

The moves by far left groups using radical Obama and Biden judges to overwhelm the system with "due process" for illegal aliens is a classic Cloward-Piven strategy (the Piven involved was chairman of Democratic Socialists of America). The first part was defying our immigration laws to let these millions into the country in the first place. Real immigrants who followed our immigration laws gave us lots of due process on the way in, but these scoflaw illegal aliens did not, so they are owed none on the way out.
www.americanthinker.com The Democrats have schemed for years to deprive American citizens of due process, but now they want to give it to those who should not even be in our country in the first place. What a double standard. The radical judges helping them do it are beneath contempt.

While polls show that a solid majority of Americans want the illegals - all of them - sent home, the out of touch Democrats want to keep them all here, even the criminals, or, heck, especially the criminals among the illegal aliens. Democrat judges seem to be no different from AOC or Schumer or Jasmine Crockett or Bernie Sanders.

The United States is faced with two tier political justice, and unless this is remedied by the Supreme Court, it is a major attack on democracy. Biden was allowed to change Trump policies at will, even those approved by Congress, but partisan Obama judges and Biden judges have tried to block Trump from changing Biden policies that have no basis except executive fiat. That is not how a Constitutional republic is supposed to work. Judges, who are unelected, unaccoutable political appointees are not supposed to have that power. If the Supreme Court refuses to rein in these rogue district court judges, then someone is going to have to come down very very hard on the whole judicial system. I would hope that would be Congress to barbecue them with their power of the purse. The idea of impeaching these rogue judges and then hitting them with a tsunami of subpoenas is also a good idea. If the Supreme Court does not take action, then Congress needs to do so to restore Constitutional norms that are being badly eroded by partisan Democrat federal judges.

Conservatives have pushed for neighborhood schools and community schools for decades while the liberal education establishment has pushed their mantra of consolidation into bigger and bigger schools. At the high school level, where it means more electives can be offered, that might carry some weight but not at the elementary school level Children adapt better in smaller environments in the early years. This is also a period whenf parental involvement is also much more important. When parents live closer to a smaller community school this enhances their ability to be more involved with their children's education. Of course with some of the crap crammed into today's curriculum, the liberal education establishment may not want parents around to become aware of what they are putting in kids heads.
Big cities are more densely populated, so a neighbor school area would likely encompass more students, but Beaufort County is rural and that is not the case here. The insane attendance area that Cheeseman is pushing south of the river would have very young children having to ride a bus two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, and create difficulties for parents going to the school for teacher conferences, PTO meetings, and the like. Lets look at "Cheeseman's Folly" the Washington mega elementary school. There are statutory processes that Cheeseman was supposed to go through, under the law on that project but he failed to do that. Why? To blindside taxpayers and parents so he could do what he thought would look best on his resume for his next job. Instead of one big mega K-5 school, it would be better to have two more reasonably sized elementaries that would be closer to parents and students. One understands some of the design drawbacks of the present Eastern Elementary, but John Cotton Tayloe could be used as one of two smaller K-5 elemtary schools. That would save constrution costs because the new K-5 would be smaller. Good planning would locate that new smaller elementary west of Wasington, where population projections say most of the county's growth will be. The attendance areas for each would be smaller, facilitating more parent involvement and less exhaustion of schoolchildren by long bus rides.

There are two dots that are easy to connect that gives an insight as to what Cheeseman is up to with Snowden and both have to do with school consolidation. Consolidation is Cheeseman's gambit at Snowden and also with the elementary schools in Washington. It would appear that Cheeseman is trying to build a resume item on school consolidation for when he applies to larger and better paying school district for his next career move. He is doing this at the expense of school children here in Beaufort County. He cares more about his resume and his next job.
What is really disturbing is the report that Cheeseman has either been implying or saying directly that if other school board members fail to back him on closing Snowden, he will punish them by removing the better teachers from schools in their districts. I wonder if that is something that would be grounds to fire Cheeseman for cause? Elected school board members should NOT have to put up with a bureaucrat trying to manipulate them like that.

NRSC has always been an establishment Trojan Horse. I always use the Senate Conservatives Fund for where I send my US senate political contributions. Some years ago in Colorado, I remember a dynamic black conservative county commissioner winning the state party endorsement at the state GOP convention and then the GOP primary, after which the polls showed he was competitive in the general election. The NRSC sabotaged him in the general election by a big public announcement that they were pulling out of the state because they said he could not win, making it a self-fullfilling prophecy. They were in a snit because Mitch McConnell's endorsed candidate, a state senator, had run fourth in the primary.
The NRSC has proven itself absolutely unreliable and they should never get contributions from conservatives.

TIllis is simply not electable. He gets under 50% of the vote and has squeaked over twice with that. The Democrats have found a technique to divert GOP voters to third parties when the GOP nominee has a bad record. Tillis' record is what the military would call a target rich environment for that. He would be road kill in 2026 against that technique. We simply must have a different nominee if we to not want to hand that seat to a Democrat. And NOT Phil Berger, whose record is as bad as Tillis'.
Trump needs to endorse an alternative in the primary.

Anti-democracy acts by globalists are now widespread in the EU, and trying to remove leading presidential candidates from being able to run, as has happened in recent months in both Romania and France is the most appalling of all, especially in using unelected, unaccountable political appointee judges to do it. Judges need to keep their stinking noses OUT of politics or those noses need to be cut off (figuratively).

If these despicable anti-democracy EU stormtroopers persist in this totalitarian behavior, I hope Trum slams them with the Mother of All Tariffs. This is happening in multiple countries with these disgusting Stalin Show Trials against conservatives. Something seriously bad is going to have to happen to one or more of these out of control miscreant judges to put a stop to it. I just hope it is something like an impeachment and removal from office or a prosectuion for abuse of power rather than a lunching by outraged citizens. Commented on THE SINKING OF THE S.S. SNOWDEN"Member of a PAC" is a Jodyism. While the Republican Party at various levels supports candidates and has to file campaign finance reports, a Political Action Committee (PAC) is formed by some outside group to support candidates. In Beaufort County, the Conservative Republican Club has had a PAC as well as the Citizens for Better Government having a PAC. A PAC is usually a separate entity from the underlying organization and how much influence the underlying organization has on the PAC varies. What Jody does deceitfully is call anyone who has ever attended a meeting of an underlying organization a "member of the PAC" which is just nuts.

That is very telling, David. At the meeting over closing Snowden, Austin Garrision chose to sit with two people supporting the closing of Sndowden, NOT with the Aurora residents opposing the closing. One was the husband of one of the school board members who supported closing the school and the other was Cheesema's operative within the local GOP, Jody Forrest. Cheeseman was the driving force on closing the school and Ms. Forrest is always palling around with him at school board meetings. Garrison also chose to stay silent on the subject when he could have spoken on the issue.. He should learn how to spell P-H-O-N-E-Y

When I see that Austin Garrison character banging on about Snowden, I wonder if he is just ignorant or if he is deliberately lying for his own political benefit.
Cheeseman has been in a slow motion project to close Snowden for a while. It is part of his pushing the liberal agenda of school consolidation, just the second move on that after his Washington elementary school consolidation bungle. The problem on the school board is the clique of Cheeseman lap dogs who will follow Cheeseman in anything he tells them to do. This time he told them to close Snowden and they said "yes, master". Those are Allen, Williams, Booth, Walker, and now apparently Hudson. Of course, Cheeseman also has a bent for political interference. He engaged in that twice in the last election, which would have given a conservative majority grounds to fire him for cause. A second motivation for Cheeseman's move on Snowden may well have been a political attack on Hickman, because he wants another lap dog in that position, something this Garrison character would seemingly fullfill. The only one who tells school board members what to do is Cheeseman. We have four independent minded board members now and do not need another Cheeseman sock puppet. These idiots in the school board majority are too stupid to figure out that Cheeseman is their employee, not their boss.

It would seem that a science curriculum committee would be a different set of people from the social studies curriculum committee, so I cannot see how that would overburden any of them. The paid staffer who would work with both committees is Dr. Parker himself. He is getting a very high salary and should be able to do both. Can't he walkd and chew gum at the same time? But given the incorrect information he gave the School Board on both the social studies and math curricula, maybe not.

The DEI approach by Obama and Biden to judicial nominees is part of what created our radical courts. One third of the judges in the DC district court are foreign born, for example, and they are also hardened leftists. The DC federal courts are a cesspool of socialism and they are trying to usurp the president's Constitutional and statutory powers. These despicable judges are beneath contempt.
Under Biden, DEI was the main driver in appointments. Only 14% of his nominees for federal judgeships were white men, and those were hard core leftwingers. The rest were female or minorities, and they were also all hardened leftwingers. We now have 200 radical leftwing district court judges around the country from Biden, and his lot are even worse than the Obama judges who were also heavily leftwing. www.zerohedge.com

"Gender assigned at birth" is a term used only by profoundly ignorant people. Gender is DETERMINED at birth, not "assigned". Gender is biological and can be determined by looking at the genitals, or by testing for the chromosomes present. Indeed, it is often these days determined BEFORE brith through ultrasound. Gender dysphoria is a psychiatric disorder that can only be determined by a mental health professional but would not be present at birth.

Heck, I think he ought to be executed. Bobbie is more determined that this illegal alien felon be kept in the country than the victim receive justice. Freedom of speech is a fundamental Constitutional right under the First Amendment, also known as a civil right. There is a federal felony statute for conspiring against someone's civil rights. It would seem to me that everyone, in and out of government who is involved in this network conspiring against people's freedom of speech ought to be indicted under that statute and arrested. Someone should suggest that to Pam Bondi.
