WASHINGTON, D.C.   The Senate is continuing their questioning of Supreme Court Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson this week to make sure she meets the qualifications of the highest court in the land. As an added measure, Democrat Senators brought in a skin color chart to make sure their nominee is black enough.

"It says here in my notes that you're a woman of color, but we need to make sure," said Senator Whitehouse solemnly. "Now - we can't verify you're a woman because no one knows what a woman is anymore, but we would be remiss if we didn't at least verify your blackness."

Whitehouse then held up the card in front of his face and peered over it with squinted eyes to get a good look at Ketanji Brown Jackson's skin. "Hmmmm... yeah. Yep, it looks like you're black. I'm satisfied."

Whitehouse then passed around the card for the rest of the Senators to verify Jackson's skin color before proceeding. Each senator then took turns holding up the card to verify for themselves.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is expected to be confirmed as soon as her AncestryDNA® test comes back in the mail.
