    Greenville, NC-Uptown Greenville is excited to welcome Fire American Tavern. The impressive 113 E. 5th Street location offers an expansive space that will treat sports fans to an unprecedented viewing experience featuring 36 TVs that are accessible from every table with fresh food made to order.

    "We are excited about bringing this concept to the Uptown district," says co-owner Michael Anderson "We've created a venue that appeals to a wide range of customers, including families, sports fans and late night fans. We offer an upscale atmosphere with moderate menu prices. The menu is diverse and offers some tempting new twists on the traditional sports bar fare."


    The menu offers "game day" items as savory build your own burgers, sliders, wings, but also provides palate pleasing selections like rib baskets, grilled salmon and a 12oz aged New York Strip. The menu also includes vegetarian and light appetite options. 
The tavern offers a full bar but the biggest highlight is the offering of 24 draft beers served at 31 degrees. The taps will feature local, regional and national craft beers as well as all the old favorites. 
"We plan to offer all the premier sporting events," Anderson continues, "and we look forward to hosting many sports related and community events. We want to be the place where you can catch the Pirates, along with other college teams, on TV when they play as well as your favorite professional sports team. During the NFL season we will have all games available to watch."
