IRS: Biden's 87,000 tax auditors coming for the middle class | Eastern NC Now

thanks a lot, Kevin McCarthy for not sinking this

ENCNow

When Biden's Orwellian named "Inflation Reduction Act" added 87,000 new tax auditors, the Democrats swore they would only be directed at people making over $400,000.  Republicans warned they were likely coming for the middle class, too.  It seems like the Republicans were right.

Biden's IRS Commissioner, in grilling by a Republican congressman in a Congressional committee hearing has admitted that the 87,000 new tax auditors may, in fact, be examining taxpayers making less than $400,000, tpp.

This reminds us of the miserable failure of former Speaker Kevin McCarthy to force the removal of these tax auditors in his deal on the debt ceiling when he had the leverage to do so.  It also reminds us that our own swampy congressman, Greg Murphy, voted for McCarthy's half-ass sellout deal with Biden.  Walter Jones would have never voted for such a rotten deal.

I thought much of the same this morning; the end result also pitting the Democratic Socialists against unwise legislation by better enacting far wiser legislation.

Our new House Speaker has it nailed on this one. He has offered a bill to provide military aid to Israel, and to pay for it by zeroing out the 87,000 new IRS auditors. If this works, he has fixed one of McCarthy's awful mistakes.
