If you read the articles on those lawsuits, Little Bobbie, then you would know that the major issue involved was that these kids had not given effective, knowing consent to the muitilation of their bodies in the gender bender surgery and are holding the doctors and in some cases other staff to account for the destruction of their bodies.

There are lots of things children are not able under the law to give effective donsent to that are not as damaging as the gender bender mutiliation of their bodies. For example if you take a 15 year old girl to bed, no matter how genuine her consent, you will still be charged with statutory rape and given a long prison sentence. Also her parents are not allowed to consent for her, and if they do they can also be charged as accessories and given long prison sentences.

It is possible to sue over elective surgery. In fact one can sue over just about anything. Winning is another story. Let us know when that happens

Tell that to all the kids who are suing doctors over being conned into this sex change surgery and drugs. Children are not mature enough to make certain decisions, and mutilating their bodies for the rest of their lives is certainly one of those if smoking, drinking alcohol, getting a tattoo or having sexual intercourse is. I hope there will be enough lawsuits to put these quack Frankenstein doctors who do this to children out of business permanently.

Most children will naturally grow out of gender confusion, but these doctors make them suffer with it the rest of their lives.

So, LIttle Bobbie, government already does not let children drink or buy alcohol, get tatoos, smoke cigarettes, or consent to sex, but you think it should allow children to consent to a quack Frankenstein doctor wanting to mulilate their bodies, something that will be with them the rest of their lives? Especially when most of them will naturally grow out of gender confusion anyway? What kind of monster are you? The consequences of mutilating their bodies are much more far reaching than the other things the government already prohibits children from doing.

And your latest post does seem to admit you were wrong when you claimed this was not being done to children. It IS.

Maybe Bobbie has forgotten the articles that have been posted here on people who had gender transition surgery, and life-altering drugs, as children and are now suing their doctors because they finally came to their senses and embraced their biological gender, only after the doctors had ruined their bodies. A couple of those cases are here in North Carolina. Maybe he has forgotten the articles posted here mentioning the detransitioners who had this done to them as children testifying to Congress and in state legislatures pleading for the politicians to stop this being done to other children.

And then there is the UK in the article above, where it was indeed done to children, as reported in the British press, which I think knows more about this than an internet troll. The Tavistock Center in north London was a gender transition center speciically geared for children, fortunately now closed. There are lawsuits against the doctors who did it there, too.
