Conservatives want society to be color blind, just as Dr. Martin LUther King did. It is the left which is hung up on race. And it is YOUR Democrat Party that gave us Jim Crow. All of the Democrats in the legislature voted for Jim Crow and all the Republicans and Populists voted AGAINST it. DEI and Jim Crow have a lot in common. Two wrongs do not make a right.

What ARE you Democrats going to do about the wrongs your party did, Bobbie? It was the Democrats who introduced and passed NC's Jim Crow laws at the turn of the century, as a political power play to break up the coalition between the Republicans and the Populist Party that had gained power in the state. Every Democrat in the General Assembly voted FOR Jim Crow and every Republican and Populist voted AGAINST it. The Democrats won power back running on an open platform of white supremacy, and Jim Crow was how they implemented it. Its your party's baby, Bobbie, so whatever you Democrats want to do about what you did over a century ago should NOT impose on those whose predecessors voted against Jim Crow.

DEI includes discrimination based on race and other factors in hiring, admissions, promotions, and other things. By definition, DEI is a form of racism.
Two wrongs do not make a right. Punishing a group of people today for what their fathers or grandfathers may have done 60 years ago and more is just obscene.

The globalists project a horror of "greenhouse gases", but without the Greenhouse Effect produced by greenhouse gases, the Earth would be a cold dead planet unable to support life. It is the Greenhouse Effect that gives the Earth a moderate climate capable of sustaining life.
Then they target CO2, a relatively minor greenhouse gas. The most important greenhouse gas, by far, is water vapor, which is responsible for over 90% of the Greenhouse Effect. What causes a change in the amount of water vapor in the atmosphere? That would be solar radiation. If one compares recent cold and warm cycles on Earth, they correspond exactly to cycles of solar activity. Thus the particularly cold cycle known as the Little Ice Age that ended in the 19th century corresponds exactly to the Maunder Minimum, a period of very low solar activity. When solar activity picked up, so did temperatures on Earth. The climate alarmists drive the profits of the Climate Industrial Complex, but their Chicken Little on steroids antics are detrimental to the average citizen.

FOrtunately, we have lots of laws on the books that can be used that have just been ignored by the Biden regime. One of those laws makes it a felony to harbor illegal aliens. If woke Democrat officials try to hinder immigraion enforcement, those laws need to be enforced by arresting them. The federal criminal charge is a felony. Israel and some European countries have had success in offering illegal aliens money to go home willingly. That is cheaper than paying them welfare and cheaper than the process to round them up for deportation. Only a certain percentage will go that way, but it helps cut down the numbers who need to be rounded up. Federal law also prohibits paying welfare to illegal aliens or indeed legal immigrants, except in limited emergency situations. President Trump needs to issue an executive order compelling states to ppove the citizenship of their welfare recipients in order to get reimbursement for the federal share.

In these situations the Democrats are assigning guilt to people who have not even been CHARGED, when there were law enforcement investigations that COULD have charged them if there was any basis for it. Oh, it definitely WOULD have saved Laken Riley's life if illegal alien murderer Jose Ibarra had been deported when he should have been under our immigration law, because he would have been in Venezuela on the day she was killed instead of hiding on that jogging path in Georgia waiting for a victim. New York City sanctuary city policy was an accessory before the fact to her murder because they released Ibarra instead of holding him for deportation, and they should be liable for a big payout to her family for wrongful death as a result.

We should not lynch anybody. We should enforce our immigration laws. and when an illegal alien commits a crime, they need to be deported. That is what our immigration law says, and it needs to be done. It would have saved Laken Riley's life if New York City had obeyed the law and turned this crime gang member over for deportation as the law said they should.

Here is what is particularly maddening about the Laken Riley murder. The illegal alien perp had an arrest and conviction in New York City and under federal law was supposed to be turned over to ICE for deportation. As a sanctuary city, they released him instead. If he had been deported like he should have been, Laken Riley would still be alive. NYC's release of the killer led to the wrongful death of Laken Riley, and her heirs ought to be able to sue NYC for that.
There should be zero tolerance of foreigners who commit crimes in this country and they should all be deported. Those who interfere with that process need to be sued at minimum and indicted themsleves if possible. Our Republican majority just passed legislation to crack down on "sancuary counties" in our state, only to have that moron Roy Cooper veto it. Fortunately, the legislature has overriden that veto.

The American establishment media wore out its welcome when it went from traditional journalism, where there was balance and objectivity, to what they now call "advocacy journalism" where they take a side and do all they can to push that side. Media credibility has been in decline in polls that measure this every year like Gallup, and the mass media now ranks below Congress in trust of the American people. They did it to themselves. It is encouraging that Trump also wants to tackle the ambiguity about citizenship by place of birth alone. The legal basis of that is shaky and Trump needs to push to get us to where most industrialized countries are, basing citizenship on the nationality of the parents, not the place of birth.
Trump also needs to deal with the asylum scam, where economic migrants get their foot in the door by claiming asylum that they are not entitled to.
