From the articles, it looks like Trump has filed a motion to deal with one of these rogue judges' actions which will at least force a hearing, and if the judge still wants to thumb his nose at the Constitution for his political agenda, then an expedited appeal. The other judge has defied the rules to try to construct something that Trump cannot directly appeal. However, from the articles, he can file a writ of mandamus in a higher court to jerk this out of control partisan rogue judge into line.

If all else fails, he can pull a Biden and use the pardon power. He can pardon everyone at DOGE or Treasury for anything these tinhorn dictator partisan judbes don't like and then the judges cannot do squat about it.

There ought to be a way to severely discipline rogue judges like this who abuse their power to push a political agenda, but impeachment is all that comes to mind. That ought to happen with both of them.

Nobody elected these judges to make policy. They were also not appointed to the bench for that purpose. What they are doing is attempting to stage a judical coup. They are a threat to democacy and that threat needs to be stopped.

The rule of law was tossed by the Biden Democrats in their lawfare against Trump with a whole parade of trumped up fake criminal and civil cases that rivaled the Stalin SHow Trial for their falsity. Many world leaders saw through that, and according to the polling, so did the American people. The result was that our whole court system got a big black eye and lost credivility.

Now having partisan hack Obama judges try to hijack executive branch authority just makes that attack on the rule of law worse. Separation of powers is a very key part of our Constitutional system and the rule of law and these judges are making a mockery of it for political purposes. What is going on in these courtrooms is a political gambit to try to delay DOGE. They are putting our economy at risk by abusing power for political purposes against Trump.

These cases are all about politics and only dressed up in the law, and a distortion of the law at that. These judges are goosestepping all over Article II of the Constitution.

These rogue judges are challenging the Constitution for rank political purposes and they need to be held to account for that.

Our country's economy is being strangled by the unsustainable government debt from the far ledt's big spending but they want to keep that up. Spendthrift Biden doubled the national debt with his ridiculous spending.

The answer to that existential threat to our country is to find and eliminate all of the waste and grift the Democrats have enacted. I think most service members would be concerned that if this were intemtional, then she murdered two other service members in addition to those on the commercial jet. I remember 30 or 40 years ago when a suicidal homosexual salior blew up a gun turret on a battleship during gunnery practice killing several other sailers. That one was a murder / suicide, and I think that angle at least need to be investigated here. That regardless of whether hard left loons like Bolshevik Bob claim no homoesexual would ever hurt a fly.

If this was a murder, and as I recall the courts may still be involved with appeals, then the criminal justice system is the way to handle it, NOT an insurrection in the streets as Nancy Pelosi openly called for, and subsequently happened. Democrats like to throw the word "insurrection" around but it was Nancy Pelosi who actually called for one in that instance, and now her successor Hakeen Jeffries is doing it again.

There was a discussion on the BO some time back on FAA's DEI program for air traffic controllers, and the concern then was some of the categories they were actively seeking - the blind, the deaf, those with serious mental health problems, and those with intelecctual disabilities. The concern then was that DEI would cause people to DIE, and that may have been a factor here. Dumbing down the requirements and the tests to meet quotas creates a less skilled workforce regardless of whether the specific air controllers on duty were DEI hires themselves.

There is also the issue of the air traffic control being shorthanded because one controller who was supposed to be on duty was allowed to leave early.

It has also come out now that there was another near miss with a helicopter at this same airport the same night and one the night before.

It is out on social media, and we will have to see if this is true, that the pilot who was actually flying the helicopter was a "male to female transgender", and also that the pilot was flying erraticly and almost hit two other planes before this one. If that is true, it begs the question of whether this was a murder-suicide for political reasons. The helicopter was also clearly flying much higher than was allowed.

What is needed is a correct interpretation of the 14th Amendment by the Supreme Court to say what Congress said it eeant when they passed it, not what the modern far left wants to claim it means. When it went through Congress it was explained that "subject to the jurisdication thereof" did not include people who were not legally in the country. The left wants to twist and distort much of the Constitution, not just the 14th amendment.
