We have an actual track record of who can govern and who cannot. Trump's record in office has proven he can govern successfully, and the Biden - Harris record has shown they cannot. Biden has said he delegated lots of authority to Kammie Harris on lots of things, not just the border, so it cannot all be blamed on just Biden.

There is also a great of example of who can govern to secure the border at the executive level between Trump and Harris. Trump was succesful in securing the border, while Harris as "Border Czar" has presided over a huge flood of illegal aliens coming in. Who is successful on the border is very clear, and that is Trump.

Haiti is a Third World shithole country with a population of 11 million. Nearly half a million of them have been allowed into the Unitrd States by Biden and Harris, over 200,000 of them in the last year alone. The way Biden and Harris are going, how long will it be until all of them are over here on our welfare rolls? Biden and Harris are even using our taxpayers money to fly in these parasites.
Even worse, Haiti's criminal gangs are even more vicious than MS13 and Tren de Aragua. Given that the Haitians that Biden and Harris are letting in are unvetted, the odds are that these gangs are already putting down roots in the US.

Commented on The Robinson affair - is it fact or fiction?The important thing to vote on in all races is issues, not personalities. In the governor's race, the leading candidate in the polls, Josh Stein is VERY VERY bad on issues, a downright socialist and the most leftwing person ever to run for NC governor.
Although he has often been a coward as Lt. Governor on a variety of important legislative issues where he refused to get involved, Robinson has not been a liberal on any issue that I am aware of. He is rated 4 star, their highest rating by the leading gun rights organization in the state, Grassroots NC. What are the alternatives? No one else is even in double digits in the polls. Voting for them would be little more than protest votes. The Libertarians are running a candidate who gets the same four star rating from Grassroots NC, but Libertatians are usually squirrelly on issues like immigration and drugs. The Constitution Party is running a candidate, but he gets a zero, the lowest rating from Grassroots NC, and is silent on many key issues like immigration. Despite his warts, Robinson seems to be the only game in town, the least of the evils.

Commented on The Robinson affair - is it fact or fiction?Robinson was a very poor choice as a nominee for a lot of reasons, and Jeff, you are correct that Dale Folwell was far and away our best choice. A lawsuit is not ginned up overnight, but Robinson ought to file one. However, the only way he survives this politically would be taking and passing a polygraph test. The timing of it does stink to high heaven and CNN was clearly playing partisan politics with at least the timing and maybe more of that.
This is not Robinson's only problem even if he passes a polygraph on this one, he is badly flawed. He should have been vetted much better and the "leadership" of NCGOP is responsible for that. The big problem is that we need a viable candidate to stop far left socialist Josh Stein, who probably shortened the family name from Frankenstein. He is really horrible. Between Stein and Robinson, one wishes there was a "none of the above" choice on the ballot that would force a new election with different candidates. Neither of them is fit to be our governor.

You just don't get it, do you Little Bobbie? The difference has nothing to do with whether it is the man or the woman. What makes a difference is if they go into a sexual relationship for personal gain. A man being a gigolo for that reason is no different than a woman doing it for personal gain. An intimate relationship based on romance or even just temporary pleasure is just people being people, but when someone engages in such a relationship because of extraneous benefit, that is a form of prostitution, whether the benefit is an immediate cash payment or political favors down the road. Those who engage in those relationships for personal gain are prostitutes, and I think that clearly covers why Kamala Harris was servicing Willie Brown, and she did get career-enhancing political favors in return for her sexual favors.

Mark was largely a coward when it came to taking positions on actual legislation. He was most likely to run the other way or go hide in a corner. As Lieutenant Governor, he has been all talk and no do. Dale Folwell should have been our nominee. Heck, Mark would not even take a stand on his signature issue, gun rights. When Phil Berger killed Constitutional Carry in North Carolina, Robinson was not to be found to take a stand.

What Trump was talking about and what that despicable liar Linsey Davis responded with were two different things. Trump was talking about widespread support of the Democrats and the left of abortion through the moment of birth, and some even more radical Democrats like that former Virginia governor who support abortion even after birth. It is all fact that Democrats support such things. Liar Davis tried to deflect by talking about something totally different, and that is what the state of the law is today. When she did that, she made herself a debate participant, not a moderator. Yes, Minnesota is an example that would have been great if Trump had the opportunity to bring up. Before Tim Walz became governor, Minnesota law required doctors to try to save a baby who was born alive in a botched abortion. Walz got the law changed so that doctors were no longer required to try to save the child and could instead just allow the baby to die on its own, untreated. That is monstrous and it is what Harris' running mate actually did.

There need to be very strict rules for moderators, and when they do things like this, they should be cancelled and replaced right in the middle of the debate.
A good example was Muir's entering the debate against Trump with his comment about the problem of Haitians eating household pets and wildlife in Springfield, Ohio. In spite of eyewitness acounts from people with first hand knowledge at the city council meeting and elsewhere, Muir called a city bureaucrat, who just happens to be a Democrat, to get his opinion. It was pure opinion, not fact as the eyewitness accounts were, and it came from someone with a political agenda to downplay the problem. This was clearly planned by Muir as a "gotcha" because he expected the Springfield fiasco to come up. This is a clear example of how crooked and corrupt ABC News is.

If you read the article linked in the comment below after Haitians eating cat, it was written by a Haitiran five years ago before the problems in Springfield, Ohio ever came up, so it is clear that Haitians DO eat cat meat. And it would appear that since Haiti and the Dominican Republic share the same large island, that they would know each other better than most. It is telling that they do all they can to keep Haitians out.

I seem to recall a snafu at the local board of elections that caused him to have to run as an Unaffiliated instead of in the Republican primary. I wish he had been in the primary because the RINO incumbent T.W. Allen is little more than a pathetic sock puppet for Superintendant Cheeseman. We need school board members who will stand up for parents and taxpayers, not yes-men for the school bureaucrats.
The problem is that we have a majority on the current school board who take orders from Cheeseman. That needs to change. It is the pro-Cheeseman faction that whines about the PAC that has helped fund conservative challengers to the Cheeseman group.

The only group for which the debate mattered was the small group of undecided and those who are weak supporters of one side or the other. From the focus groups of undecided voters run by liberal media organizations, the debate moved the needle among them significantly in Trump's favor. Among those voters, it was Harris who came across as nasty, without a plan, and not presidential. And those are the voters that count.

The liberal international news agency Reuters did a focus group of voters who were undecided going into the debate, and questioning them after watching the debate, 60% moved to supporting or leaning to Trump, 30% to supporting or leaning to Harris, and 10% remained undecided. Reasons for supporting Trump generally boiled down to prefering substance instead of fluff. www.breitbart.com

The people of Springfield, Ohio are disgusted with 20,000 illegal aliens from Haiti dumped on their city, now making up 25% of its population. None of them in those city council remarks indicated whether or not they were for Trump, but they clearly do not like the Biden-Harris open borders. A biased partisan MSM media playing her cheerleader have gotten Kamala Harris into the race, but I suspect they have already done all they can do in that regard.
