deSantis ousts another Soros progressive pro-criminal prosecutor | Eastern NC Now

second Soros prosecutor deSantis has removed from office

ENCNow

Florida Governor Ron deSantis, acting under Florida statute, has removed a second George Soros backed leftwing prosecutor from office by executive order for failing to do her job in prosecuting criminals.  Orlando area prosecutor Monique Worrell was heavily funded by far left globalist money man George Soros and his organizations in her 2022 primary and election.

This is the second Soros prosectuor that Governor deSantis has removed from office.  Last year, he removed Tampa's prosecutor for being lax on criminals, which was challenged in court by the ousted prosecutor, but the governor's action was upheld by the court.

Governor deSantis' order cited Worrell for neglect of duty, abusing discretion, and refusal to ask for statutory mandatory minimum sentencing for a variety of crimes including child pornography, drug trafficking, and gun crimes,  His action is effective immediately, and Worrell hit the ceiling over it.

A Soros prosecutor was also ousted by voters in California in a recall election and in St. Louis, Missouri by action of the state attorney general.

You were discussing me and North Carolina law as an elected official.

Florida Law is for Florida.

Oh did she get "cause" and a public hearing? I must have missed that. And for the record if Cooper tried that with you, I would come to your defense. You were elected, unless convicted of a crime or shown to be forcing yourself upon subordinates, only the people, can remove you by voting you out.

I don't use the word lightly Stan, but Ronny fits the bill. He is a complete whack-a doodle fascist. And his presidential poll number reflect it.

As usual, none of what CV posted is true, but of course, he/she/they are entitled to their opinion. (wink)

Prosecutors who work the other side of the street and work for the criminals are absuing the public trust and need to go. It appears that in Florida, it is the governor who has that power, and from the record of these Soros prosecutors, they badly need to be replaced.

Those who put in big bucks to buy prosecutor jobs for pro-criminal scumbags ought to be prosecuted for racketeering and jailed for a long time, like Soros and his son.

Not without due cause and a public hearing, and yes it does get political, which means he can also be Impeached for wrongful accusations against a bona fide public official, who is well beyond his Authoritarian reproach.

And Big Bob, I would be careful throwing that Fascist word around, since you, as a Leftist, could never conceive its visceral meaning and implications of such.

So Cooper could come to Beaufort County and "remove you"? Maybe he should.
Desaton is a fascist and his poll numbers reflect it.

Big Bob: All elected officials may be removed from office, and it is always very political. It is that simple.

Hooray for Governor deSantis. These "fifth column" Soros prosecutors who coddle criminals all need to go. They are making the crime problem worse.

Florida law sets out the criteria the governor must use to remove a prosecutor who is betraying his or her office. In other states, this may be up to the Attorney General or the legislature, but in Florida it is the governor, and he is doing his job. The other Soros prosecutor who deSantis fired took the issue to court and deSantis won. He used his powers properly then, and looking at all the malpractice of this prosecutor if she tries the same tactic, she is almost certain to lose, too.

The Democrats are the ones driving the poll numbers in the GOP presidential primary. Every time they pile on anotherStalin Show Trial politically motivated indictment, Trump's numbers go up. They are deliberately driving the GOP base to Trump, and that may cost them because a lot of other Americans are also figuring out the Democrat game with these political hard ball indictments.

A governor should not be able to remove an elected official for political reasons. Probably explains his poll numbers.
