DeSantis is also standing up for States rights. No where in the US Constitution is education mentioned. Education is not a right given to the US by the US Constitution thus making it a states right. DOE and any federal control of schools in any state is un-Constitutional. Just because the federal govt. has taken the right away from states does not make it Constitutional.

They have had no backbone in the past. That is why we have a watered-down version of CRT. And that is why we need to elect new Conservative Board Members in the coming election. Do you know what is being taught in Sex Ed. Take a look at 30% of our students are at math grade level. That means 70% are not. Parents, do you know what is being taught to our students and what is not? Get involved. As a parent, you should be able to visit a class room.
