If enforced, Texas’ new immigration law would be a game-changer | Eastern NC Now

All states need this law and to enforce it

ENCNow

SB 4 is the bill that every state needs to pass, not just the border states. What comes to the border doesn’t remain at the border. It migrates to our cities.

To that end, after several years of dawdling, the Texas legislature last week finally passed SB 4, which empowers state and local law enforcement to arrest illegal aliens for their illegal entry into the state. Given that the effects of the invasion plague every major city, the Texas bill needs to be the beginning of a paradigm shift in the way states address the crisis.

SB 4 also grants state judges authority to return illegal aliens to Mexico. In some instances, however, the crime of entering the state illegally would be punishable by up to six months in jail for first-time offenders and two years for a second offense.

Considering the history of these United States, and the core of this Constitutional Republic - the US Constitution - it is my opinion that Texas will be among the leaders of all good states going forward, as we have now learned just to what extent the damage can be done by one sorry political party - the Democratic Socialists - and visited upon the Good People of this Representative Republic.

Here on this Thanksgiving, may God bless the United States of America, and hasten the demise of a political party that NOW has no possible reason to continue in existence ... and let this be also be a warning to the Republican Party that it best be wary of its members, and its leaders going forward.

Evil is permeable and it can always seep into a new home once the Democratic Socialists are finished off by their own devilish hands.

Hooray for Texas! Maybe they also need to criminalize the antics of federal officials to thwart our duly adopted immigration laws.
