These damned corrupt Obama judges, and in fact all judges, failed to stop the Biden regime from going around our duly adopted immigration law to make up ways to bring in millions of illegal aliens. Now these corrupt judges are trying to protect those executive actions by Biden that make a mockery of our actual immigration laws.

Unless they wake up and back our immigration laws instead of lawless Biden, then our entire judicial system is so corrupt that it just needs to be abandoned and replaced with something else. Maybe President Trump should take after Presidents Andrea Jackson and Abraham Lincoln and just tell the courts to get stuffed. Lincoln even issued an order for the arrest of the Chief Justice.

This is another case where the traditional conservatives have not been strong enough on illegal immigration and the voters are turning to the populist right instead. We saw it in Italy, France, and the Netherlands. It is now being felt in Germany and has come in a very large way to the UK.

Hopefully more of these partisan Democrat judges who pander to illegal aliens will be arrested. Those like Boasberg have done a whole lot more damage than this pair in Wisconsin and New Mexico. It would be nice to see all of them who have participated in the judicial coup d'etat charged with insurrection and treason. There is not a dimes worth of difference in what they are doing and a group of military officers sending troops to seize the White House. The Orwellian term "illegal immigrant" is an oxymoron. An "immigrant" is defined in our immigration statutes in the United States Code as someone who is lawfully going through the proper statutory immigration process. What Amendus is referring to is defined in our immigration laws as an "illegal alien". Calling the linejumping illegal aliens any type of "immigrant" is a huge insult to real immigrants.

Real immigrants have to undergo a lot of real due process in their application process including a thorough background check and a thorough medical examination. By sneaking in, illegal aliens evade the due process that real immigrants go through on the way in, so they are not entitled to any due process on the way out.

Besides, simply sending them home does not deprive them of life, liberty, or property. If an illegal alien who is not a criminal is simply deposited in his home country, that does not deprive him of liberty, and certainly not of life or property. If he is in our country illegally, he does not belong here and his right to come back depends on making a legal application for immigration, not trying to take the law into his own hands by just coming because he feels like it.

The Hungarians have a simple hearing for illegal aliens they capture. The illegals are immediately taken before a magistrate and asked their names, countries, and how they entered Hungary. They are also searched. At this point, they usually try to claim asylum, at which point the magistrate informs them they are not entitled to asylum because they entered from a safe country. The magistrate then immediately orders them expelled from Hungary. That is simple and quick. Since Mexico and Canada are both safe countries, that procedure would cover most illegal aliens entering the US.

What happened under Biden was a deliberate sabotage of our duly enacted immigration laws and those responsible need to be prosecuted. There was no "due process" or vetting of these illegal aliens when they snuck in, so there should not be any requirement of any when they are booted out. Round 'em up and head 'em out!

Here is North Carolina, we had the school system in Davidson County, not normally a very "woke" place, suspend a student for asking a teacher who asked them to use the word "alien" whether it should be in reference to a space alien or an illegal alien. The term "illegal alien" is a correct and proper legal term used and defined in the United State Code (federal law), but these school system idiots got in a tizzy and expelled him for using a correct and proper legal term to ask a legitimate question. When public shcools go this far off the deep end, parents desperately need alternatives.

North Carolina must pass a bill to crack down on these lawless sanctuary counties. I like the idea of making those counties and their sheriffs liable in civil court for any harm done to citizens by illegal alien criminals they release into the community/. Illegal aliens are a huge expense for taxpayers in any country they infest. In Germany, 63% of the welfare budget goes to illegal aliens, up from 61% the previous year.

The illegal aliens not on Medicaid are just as big a problem because they just show up at the Emergency Room and don't pay. The hospitals losses from that are then added to the bills of paying patients, driving up cots to both patients and insurance companies, and also contributing to higher medical insurance premiums.

Either way, these freeloader are a pain in the pocketbook to our citizens and they need to be GONE.
